Beck Side 涧水边 The VAC artist JJ Jiang's oil painting titled "Beck Side" has been accepted into the 29th Annual National Juried Exhibition of Traditional Oils that opens this May in Fredericksburg,TX. The exhibition will run from May 15 through June 13, 2020. CONGRATULATIONS!

A Bag of Apples 一袋苹果 The VAC's artist JJ Jiang's "A Bag of Apples" painting has been selected for the American Watercolor Society's 152nd Annual international Exhibition to be held in the historic Salmagundi Club in New York City, April 1-21,2019. What a nice way to kick off the new year.

The Kimono is not only a beautiful garment, but also an art from. In this figurative series artist JJ Jiang uses both oil and watercolor mediums to harmonize the union between two exotic art forms: kimono and human.
The VAC studio artists Veronica Samuel's painting "Two Sisters" and JJ Jiang's "Autumn Light" painting have been selected by Juror Iain Stewart for the Watercolor Society of North Carolina 2018 Exhibition, 10/07 -11/18.
